Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, capable of chasing new opportunities and developing our customer portfolio. The ideal candidate is an active leader who doesn't just sit behind a desk but actively engages in the field to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives. Identify and prospect new potential customers in Canada and the United States. Supervise, motivate, and train the existing sales team. Use ERP and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and optimize sales processes. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, etc.) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products. Ensure ISO 9001 compliance in all sales activities. Requirements: University degree in business, marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Bilingualism (French and English) is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office software. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in managing a sales team. Willingness to travel, particularly in Canada and the United States. Assets: Knowledge of the fuel tank and generator industry. Previous experience with ISO 9001 standards. Conditions: Position available immediately.
