The Content and Proposal Writer will play a crucial role in the development and preparation of persuasive, high-quality proposals that showcases the companies capabilities and offerings to potential clients and partners. You will also help write internal and external content for documents, presentations, marketing, and other company documents and initiatives.Content and Proposal Writer responsibilities:Conduct thorough research, writing, and organization of information in a professional manner.Collaborate closely with our team to determine content requirements and specifications.Perform detailed research and analysis to grasp client needs, industry trends, and competitor landscapes, tailoring proposals accordingly.Edit and refine proposals based on feedback received.Maintain consistency in proposal writing by adhering to company guidelines and procedures.Develop technical proposals utilizing established templates.Attend meetings and gather necessary information for proposal development.Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with requested specifications.Assist in the creation and review of internal documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.Support various marketing initiatives as needed.The successful candidate has:Exceptional analytical, creative problem-solving, and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while managing multiple proposals simultaneously.Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.Bachelors degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.1 to 2 years of experience in technical or content writing is advantageous; experience in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors is desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.Compensation and benefits:The discussed salary for this position is $50,000 $70,000Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.In office/field based working environment.Comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Vacation package and company events.Excellent growth opportunityOnly candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
