We are currently seeking an Evening Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Richibucto NB ! This position is critical to the safety, quality, efficiency to the areas they supervise. Maintain quality standards. Collaborate on production schedules. Motivate and engage team members to meet production targets. Control costs and minimize production scrap or waste. Approve payroll reports and exception slips; Report significant people or labor relations issues to the Production Manager. Experience as a shop/floor supervisor or lead-hand, specializing in areas such as 5S, corrective actions, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis. Advanced skills in job/task planning and organizing. Proficient in computers and technology with a solid understanding. Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
