Quality & Continuous Improvement Coordinator Quality management and continuous improvement are essential at EBC. Responsibilities Plan and execute internal audits at the various EBC sites and offices; Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans; Visit construction sites, carry out inspections and produce various reports; Support and raise awareness among EBC staff regarding the implementation of the quality management system; Provide feedback to the various stakeholders using an adapted customer approach; Participate in continuous improvement projects (if necessary); Support projects in the writing and implementation of quality plans and inspection & testing plans; Requirements 5 years of experience on construction sites in Quebec and in quality (either as a quality auditor or site supervisor); Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, inspection, audit) (an asset); Studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction (BAC or technical) (an asset); Experience in inspection & inspection planning (an asset); Able to travel within the province of Ontario; Office Suite (advanced level); Bilingual (an asset); Skills and attitudes required Attitude focused on customer service; Professional rigor; Ease of communicating and open-mindedness; Autonomy, teamwork and priority management; Anaytical and synthetical mind; Thoroughness and organization.
