Payroll AdministrationAt JTS Mechanical Systems Inc. our rapidly growing team is dedicated to bringing our clients the highest quality service and the friendliest technicians in the business.JTS Mechanical is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payroll and complete all facets of payroll duties. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a great attitude to our current team dynamic. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and experience with NetSuite and/or Payworks.Responsibilities & DutiesoProcess payroll and absence management in PayWorks.oProcess bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees (100 employees)oProcess adjustments, ROEs, T4s, remittancesoMaintain employee records in systems, ensuring all information is up to date.oReconcile payroll accounts for accuracy monthlyoEnsuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation and regulations.oRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll mattersoOther administrative duties as assigned.Requirementso3-years processing payrolloExperience in using accounting software such NetSuite an assetoPayroll certificate (PCP) oStrong experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook)oStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsoKnowledge of Mechanical Systems industry an assetoAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationoMust be able to work 8 5pm, M FCompany Benefits include:oCompetitive wages Medical Benefits Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, VisionoEmployer Contributed RRSP (employee contributions not required)oGreat team environmentNote: Must have own vehicle due to no Public Transit availableIf you are a dedicated individual with a strong background in payroll processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Submit your resume and cover letter to [email protected] are committed to maintaining a barrier-free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
