Role Summary: The Production Assembler is a key member of our team, responsible for performing hands-on tasks in a collaborative assembly environment. This role involves the operation of hand and power tools, the precise assembly of products using bolts, screws, clips, and other fasteners, and packaging of finished products to prepare them for shipping. Assemblers play an essential role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and a safe, respectful workplace.In addition to core assembly and packaging responsibilities, the Production Assembler contributes to a clean and organized work environment, follows ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety protocols, and assists in other departments or areas when neededsupporting team success across the board.
