Your Mission - Lead and inspire regional finance teams, fostering collaboration and excellence. - Act as a true business partner: work hand-in-hand with operations and commercial teams to challenge, support, and secure the success of complex, high-impact projects. - Support project teams from the tender phase through delivery, optimizing profitability, risk management, and cash generation. - Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the adoption of digital tools across the region. - Present financial results and key insights to top management, actively contributing to regional strategy. Your Profile - 10+ years experience in finance leadership at country or regional level. - Strong international and industrial background. - Recognized leadership, with the ability to unite teams and drive transformation. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
