As we scale across North America, we seek a Technical Recruiter to own all junior-to-director level hiring exclusively for technology roles. This high-impact position focuses on sourcing top tech talent from software engineers and developers to architects, cloud specialists, and tech leads across North America.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for technology positions (e.g., Frontend Angular, Backend Java, AWS Cloud Engineers) spanning junior to director levels across North America. Build and manage talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, referrals, and targeted campaigns in key tech markets.Partner with hiring managers on technical role requirements, conduct structured interviews, negotiate offers, and track metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.Enhance employer branding for tech talent attraction and collaborate on structured processes for assessments and onboarding. Qualifications3+ years in full-cycle technical recruitment, with proven success in tech roles (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps) across North America.Deep knowledge of North American tech markets, including Toronto and US hubs, plus experience with tools like Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in fast-paced fintech/consulting environments.Familiarity with tech stacks (Java, Angular, AWS) and ability to thrive independently while scaling hiring for growth.
